App has lost my assword and when I try to change my password the app refuses and tells me that e mail address is already used. I know it's used it's my e mail address what a stiupid process No
I tried to use this piece of JUNK app but it keeps closing I just installed it & the message says there is a bug in it. Seriously, how can a consumer with high blood pressure TRUST this app or any of the A&D products. I am sending both my cuff & wrist monitors to Goodwill or to the garage dump. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT MADE BY A&D. 🤔THEY MUST BE MADE IN COMMUNIST CHINA & THE CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY HATES AMERICA & EVERY AMERICAN CITIZEN, LIKE GEORGE SOROS O'BIDEN & THEIR FRIENDS
I spent an hour trying to set it up. Once I exited the app it wouldn't let me get past the home screen.

Great App! Have had it for about 2 years on my Android phone and never had problems with it. My doctor is very pleased with me being able to send her the results, once a week, limiting me visiting the clinic.
How is this app useful? It displays the most recent reading in the dashboard, the same as the monitor does. The important stuff is the historical data and the chart/ graph used in the app is unreadable. Do better , returning the monitor and going with a different company with a better app. If I wanted a bp monitor that just gave me a reading , I wouldn't spend the extra money on a wireless monitor. Update: Saw the reviews on that app and no thanks, returning still. Bought a qardioarm
It's a good app for tracking your blood pressure. Every time now it brings me to the update page asking to open or uninstall what's going on with the app now?
Instructions could be clearer, I am not a "computer person". I am using the app now, just took some time.
